Who we are
BERMEJO & JACOBSEN PATENTES-MARCAS S.L. is a medium-sized company that has been dedicated for the last 15 years to the protection of Industrial and Intellectual Property, trademarks, trade names, company names, as well as artistic creations and works.
Our staff is composed of a mix of youth and dynamism with more than 40 years’ experience in the sector.
We carry out our business in the sector of Industrial and Intellectual Property both at the national and the international level, having collaborators and representatives all over the World, so that in very short periods we process any matter within the sector, be they trademark or invention applications or matters of Intellectual Property, Copyright, etc.
Our objective is to give the client complete advice in field that we handle, always advising them in the way most appropriate to their interests. In the same way, we are concerned by piracy and the undue exploitation of Industrial and Intellectual Property rights, by third parties on our clients’ titles.
Furthermore, thanks to the most recent information technology both in terms of software and of hardware we are able to inform our clients about new creations, trademarks, inventions, etc., that appear and that may prejudice their rights.
In the same way, we have qualified personnel, perfectly able to protect our clients’ interests both through or legal system and that of the European Union.
